Most People Who Know Me Know That I Have A Fascination With Home Design And A Major Curiosity With A Home’s History. I Particularly Love Old Homes; The Older, The Better. 

I Have Renovated Many Homes In The Last 20 Years, Which Has Allowed Me The Opportunity To Understand The Systems Of A Home, What To Look For When Buying & Selling A Home & The Knowledge To Strongly Lead My Clients In The Right Direction.

Seattle Is A Mover And A Shaker, With Not Much Sleep, Kind Of Like Myself. :-) It Is Expanding At An Exorbitant Rate And More People Are Spilling Into Our Area Than Most Have Ever Seen. This Is A Great Time For Sellers, But Not So Much Buyers, Which Has Helped In Creating This Crazy Market We Are In Now.
